FaithOnCall’s teleconferencing service offers you a simple and easy way to connect with your church family.  With FaithOnCall, you are 100% mobile and can listen to services from anywhere, as long as you have a telephone.

Do I have to be technologically savvy?

No! If you can dial a phone number, you have all the skills you need. FaithOnCall enables you to connect live, during worship, with your church, using simple telephone teleconferencing technology, wherever you are—at home, in the hospital or in a hotel room. All you need is a telephone and the numbers provided by FaithOnCall to keep that meaningful touch with your church family.

How much will it cost?

Your church will select one of two plans, TOLL FREE or DIRECT DIAL. 

If your church has selected the TOLL FREE plan, there is no expense to you at all. 

If your church has chosen the DIRECT DIAL plan, you will call in to a long-distance number each time to listen to a worship service.  If you have unlimited long distances rates on your cell phone or home phone, there is no expense to you.  If you have an older plan with your phone service that charges for out of area calling, long distance rates will apply.  For this reason, you’ll want to call in just a minute or two before the worship service starts, so you don’t incur additional charges.  You’ll be placed on hold with music playing until the start of the service.

Regardless, there is no monthly or annual subscription fee to you and no additional fees or surcharges.

Getting Started

It’s easy to do!  Just follow these simple steps: 

1. Check with your church to find the days and start time of the service you want to listen to. This information is also available on our Church Locator Page
2. Write down the call-in telephone number (including area code) and the access code for the service you want to hear.
3. Just before the worship service begins, dial the number you’ve written down.
4. When your call is connected, you’ll be asked to enter an access code. Enter the code, and you will be connected to FaithOnCall’s teleconferencing service. If the service has not yet started, you will be placed on hold with music playing until worship begins. It’s that simple!

Remember: Your call will automatically be muted so you need not worry about noises in the room you are in. In fact you could make all the noise you want and no one on the call will be able to hear you, but you will still be able to hear the worship service taking place at your church.
