Pastors

FaithOnCall is an ideal complement to your current outreach efforts, giving you a simple, elegant way to connect with your congregants, whether they are tech-savvy or not.

What does it cost?

FaithOnCall provides you with two ways to pay for this Kingdom-building service. Choose the one that suits you best:

DIRECT DIAL SERVICE   TOLL-FREE SERVICE

The church pays a simple fee of $19.95 per month. There is no additional cost.

The dial-in number is a US long distance number, so each caller absorbs the cost of their call. With the popularity of unlimited long distance calling plans that many people enjoy, this is the most affordable, cost effective option.

You can:

  • Spread the cost of the service among those who use it.
  • Publish the call-in number on your church website or in your weekly bulletin
  • Provide these numbers with confidence that they won’t change from week to week.
  • Keep Parishioners get in the habit of dialing in regularly and thus strengthening their faith when they are most in need.

It’s that simple!

The church pays just .07 cents per minute per caller. There is no additional cost.

The dial-in number is a standard US toll-free number. The church assumes the full cost for all calls at this rate; Parishioners enjoy using the service with no charge to them.

You can:

  • Publish the call-in number on your church website or in your weekly bulletin.
  • Provide these numbers with confidence that they won’t change from week to week.
  • Keep parishioners in the habit of dialing in regularly and thus strengthening their faith when they are most in need.

It’s that simple!

Getting Started

  1. To get started with FaithOnCall, go to the SIGN UP page and complete your application.

  2. Once it’s accepted, you’ll need to purchase a Telephone Hybrid—a simple piece of equipment that gets your voice from your microphone, and sound from other mics in the room, to a phone line. The hybrid is necessary to put sound on the phone line so others can hear it well. It will greatly improve the sound quality for those who dial in to listen.

  3. More information on Telephone Hybrids can be found below

  4. Your confirmation email will provide you with the steps you’ll follow to begin providing your worship services for your parishioners, including your church’s unique call-in number and access code.

Note: While churches and parishioners both use the same dial-in number, the access code is different. The church’s access code is designated for the pastor or speaker only, while the parishioner’s access code is for listeners only. The call is activated at the moment the speaker calls in and submits his/ her access code. The call is terminated when the speaker ends the call by hanging up.
